Video and photography for food producers and restaurateurs. How it works and what you get.
We come to your farm, your dairy, your winery or your restaurant, and film you while you work. What comes out is a video portrait of your craft and a professional photo shoot that stay yours: to use on your website, on social media, in emails to restaurants and buyers.
What you get
An episode of Origine Controllata is an interview. We come to you for a day, let you talk while you work, and everything else comes out of that.
- The episode, twelve minutes: the full account of your work, your story told by you
- The short version, two or three minutes: the same story in compact form, for your website and your presentations
- Four to six vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, from the same day
- Thirty professional photographs of your work, your product and your place
- Your page on WikiCibo, written and laid out by us
- The episode published on the WikiCibo channels
How it works
- You applyYou fill in the form below and tell us in a couple of lines who you are.
- We talkA twenty-minute phone call to understand the story and set a date.
- We come and filmOne single day, usually four to six hours. You work the way you always work, we stay behind the camera.
- We deliver and publishVideo, vertical clips and photographs within thirty working days. Your page goes live the same day and the episode goes out on the WikiCibo channels.
Who we tell about
We care about people and the gesture, not awards and numbers. Those who still work with their hands. Those who took up a trade that ran in the family. Those who make little and have no wish to make more. Those who are somewhere awkward to reach and stay there for a reason. Those who changed their life to do this. If there is a decision in what you do that someone would struggle to understand, that is the episode.

Food producers and food artisans, restaurateurs and innkeepers, bakeries, dairies, wineries, breweries, coffee roasters, pasta makers. Consortia, wine routes, Pro Loco associations and groups that want to tell the story of several members together. We work all over Italy.
